Do I have to create an account to purchase items?
No, you are able to check out as a guest. However, creating an account has many benefits such as checking out faster, keeping more than one address, tracking orders and more!
How quickly will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday at noon and are generally shipped out the same day.
How can I check my order status?
Sign in to your account, and on the left hand side of the page select “my orders”. You can then view past orders as well as the status of current orders. If you have additional questions, please contact us at AlexsShop@alexslemonade.org.
How do I know what size to order? Do items run small/large?
The majority of our items run true to size, but size notations are included in descriptions if they run small or large. If you would like to know a t-shirt brand name, or have any specific fit questions, you can email AlexsShop@alexslemonade.org for more information.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Of course! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and are happy to take any returns or exchanges. Please email AlexsShop@alexslemonade.org and we can provide a return shipment label.
I am ordering on behalf of a school or business and need an invoice. What should I do?
If you need an invoice from your order, you can log into your account and click “My Orders”, select the appropriate order and select “Print invoice”. If you need a purchase order, please email AlexsShop@alexslemonade.org.
I forgot my username and password. How can I retrieve it?
Please contact AlexsShop@alexslemonade.org and we can reset it for you.
Can I order over the phone?
Of course! Please call our office at 610.649.3034 and one of our staff members would be happy to assist you.
I could not complete the checkout process. What should I do?
If you are having issues completing the checkout process, please call our office at 610.649.3034 and we can process your order over the phone.
How do I make changes to my order?
If you need to change your order, such as removing an item or changing a size, please email AlexsShop@alexslemonade.org and we can cancel your existing order and make the necessary changes.
How can I check the balance on my gift card?
To check your gift card balance, sign into your account and click “Gift Card” on the left hand side. This will show your current gift card balance.
Do the proceeds go toward childhood cancer research?
Yes! All proceeds from merchandise orders go towards Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for childhood cancer research, a registered 501(c)3 charity. Visit our Where the Money Goes section to learn more about how your donation helps.
What happens when an item is on pre-sale or back-ordered?
If an item is listed as pre-sale or back-ordered, it is currently not in stock. The merchandise description will note when you can expect the item to ship. If there are any delays, we will reach out to you directly.
